How a Funding Request Works With Haleridge in Las Vegas, NV

Five steps from the first call to an offer you can accept or decline. Haleridge prepares the request; a funding partner makes the decision.

In short

Haleridge Commercial Capital, a small-business funding service in Las Vegas, Nevada, takes a request by phone or form, clarifies the purpose and timing, and sends an organized file to funding partners. Partners review the business and decide on any offer; the owner compares the full cost and chooses whether to accept.

Haleridge's role, plainly stated

Haleridge Commercial Capital is a broker, not a lender. What does a loan broker do, in practice? A broker collects your information and finds partners suited to the request; it does not approve requests or set rates. Haleridge works that way: we gather your information, explain the options, and present the request to funding partners. Every partner applies its own review and reaches its own answer. Haleridge Commercial Capital connects you with lending partners; partners make credit decisions and set rates and terms.

Five steps to get a business loan through Haleridge

  1. Call or send the form. The form asks for your full name, phone, email and company name (optional), then three required picks: time in business, annual revenue range and requested amount range, plus a consent box.
  2. Talk through the purpose. We ask what the money pays for, when it is needed and how your customers pay you.
  3. Gather documents. Usually recent business bank statements; sometimes tax returns, a debt list, quotes or contracts.
  4. Partner review. One or more partners review the file and reply with an offer, questions or a decline.
  5. Compare and decide. You see the cost and terms of any offer and choose whether to accept.

Requirements for getting a business loan: what partners weigh

No single rulebook exists. Partners commonly look at time in business, monthly deposits, existing debt and advances, the owner's credit, the industry and the purpose. Equipment and inventory requests also depend on the asset. No partner publishes fixed thresholds, and Haleridge cannot promise an outcome.

  • Business bank statements, often three to six months.
  • Business tax returns for larger or longer-term requests.
  • Equipment or supplier quotes when buying assets.
  • A government-issued ID and business registration details.

Credit scores and a Haleridge request

Sending the Haleridge form does not by itself pull your credit. A partner reviewing a request may run a soft inquiry, which does not affect scores, or a hard inquiry, which can lower a score slightly. Ask before you agree to a review which kind the partner uses.

Personal guarantees: how common are they?

A guarantee can be part of small-business funding. A personal guarantee makes the owner responsible if the business cannot pay. Equipment and inventory financing can include a guarantee alongside the asset. Read the guarantee clause of any offer carefully, and ask your attorney if anything is unclear.

Reading two offers side by side: APR, factor rate, total dollars

Loans are usually priced with an interest rate or APR; merchant cash advances use a factor rate, and the two do not compare directly. The safest comparison is total dollars repaid or remitted, plus the schedule. Ask each partner for the total cost, all fees, the payment amount and frequency, and any prepayment terms.

The product pages explain each structure: working capital, equipment financing and the merchant cash advance, among others listed on the comparison page.

Red flags when looking for business funding

  • Anyone promising approval before reviewing your business.
  • Pressure to sign before you have seen the total cost in dollars.
  • Requests to pay a fee before an offer is in writing.
  • Offers that leave the total repayment amount unclear.

Questions Owners Raise

How many days or weeks should I expect?

It depends on the partner, the request and how quickly documents arrive. Haleridge does not promise a timeline; each partner sets its own review pace.

Am I bound to take what a partner offers?

No. Saying no to an offer simply closes that partner's review. Haleridge presents what partners return; the decision is yours.

Can I talk to someone before sending the form?

Yes. Call (702) 344-2441 to talk through the purpose and options first.
